A Night with Tchaikovsky

Tonight I am most grateful to be baking a vegan chocolate cake while at the same time listening to a live Tchaikovsky concert on NPR. I get to end my day on a sweet note! …and I mean that in a ‘bon appétit’ and musical kind of way. Mmmm! :)

Thank you, NPR, for bringing Tchaikovsky to my kitchen! I consider this music the (vegan) whipped cream/icing on this cake!
